It’s the time of the month – design team inspiration, yay πŸ™‚

The design team came together and created some really beautiful cards – most of them with the latest release. But I realized that I haven’t used the tulips from the release before yet, so I wanted to put them into a water color design.

I started by creating a mask for the bouquet, because I wanted to stamp it a couple of times to the bottom part of my card.

Then I stamped the first bouquet, heat set it with clear embossing powder and then covered it with the mask. Now I was able to partially stamp another bouquet and another one without ruining the image.

Now I colored all the flowers in using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I added just a little bit of color to the edge and then blended it out with a regular brush. That is enough for a perfect water color look.

At the end I adhered the flowers onto a piece of patterned paper and both to the card base.

Now just the sentiment was missing, which I stamped to the inside.
