Video: My Top 5 Craft Supplies for Card Making

Hello everyone 🙂

Today I wanted to share something different with you, not a card or art journal page, but my top 5 craft supplies for card making.

Some of them are new to me, but they totally changed the way I use other products with them or craft in general. Others are great helpers for nearly every card I make. I don’t want to bore you to death with useless chatter at the beginning, so let’s dive right in 🙂

Number 1 – Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen

I started out with the Wink of Stella brushes and then discovered these. I like the sparkle so much better 🙂

Number 2 – Lawn Fawn Small Grid Block

This little guy helps me with nearly every card I make. It holds small stamps without getting ink all over the block itself, that happened to me way too often before I started using the small block…

Number 3 – Kat Scrappiness Layered Dies

I love border dies, stitched, wonky, with dots – but these are much more affordable than most of the others and this specific one (Mini Rope Nested Dies) is unique. I haven’t seen any other brand with a similar pattern. I also like that the largest one leaves a tiny bit of space for an A2 sized card and doesn’t cover it up entirely.

Number 4 – Clarity Stencil Brushes

I guess that everybody has the already, but I got mine not too long ago. They are amazing when used with Distress Ink and stencils. You need less pressure to add ink to your project and the blending result is amazing!

Number 5 – Nuvo Drops

Again, nothing new but I started using them less than 2 months ago. I love how easy it is to apply them and how amazing the colors are. They dry rather quick and add such a nice texture to card projects.

Bonus Item – Sequins Storage

I love the little boxes. They are the perfect size to hold the content of most of the sequins brands (e.g. Pretty Pink Posh, Craftin Desert Diva, Kat Scrappiness, etc). Plus, you can get them in different sizes 😉

Where can you find all this?

I hope you enjoyed my top 5 craft supplies for card making and join me for next weeks version for art journaling.

Leave me a comment and tell me, what are your top 5 craft supplies, maybe I find something new that I “need” 😛
