Spooky Halloween Art Journal Page

Spooky Halloween

Welcome back to my blog πŸ™‚ The last week was a little hectic at work (yay!!! It was way to boring before that πŸ˜› ), so I just had a little time to craft every evening. That was perfect for this page as several things needed to dry over night. It’s a little harder for me to describe how I created this spooky Halloween page. I tried a lot of things, sprayed some ink here and smeared some paint there and at the end, this is what it looked like. So, I’m sorry for the lack of instructions this time …

Bewitched Halloween Art Journal Page

close up 4

Hello πŸ™‚ I was in the mood to decorate one of the art journal pages that I created during my Dylusions Art Journal series (All the videos and the giveaway can be found here). As it’s still time to create a bunch of Halloween stuff, I had to create a Halloween art journal page πŸ™‚ I remembered to turn on the camera to film the process. That’s so much easier than writing every step down πŸ˜› I hope you’ll enjoy my video: Unfortunately my camera stopped recording during the last minute so the video stops before I was finished with …

Unboxing Stamp of Approval

Good morning! My mailman delivered something very exciting today: the new Stamp of Approval Young at Heart Collection πŸ™‚ My coffee was ready (yes, that’s a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mug) and I couldn’t wait, so I had to film the unboxing immediately. Right now (Feb. 6th) it looks like you can still buy the box here: http://cpstampofapproval.com/. In case you weren’t able to order it anymore, just wait …

Once upon a Time in a Silent Night…

Silent Night

Today I’d like to share a new card style with you. New for me, not new in general πŸ˜‰ Normally I’m using stamps with cute critters like the one’s from Lawn Fawn. Today I wanted to try something different. On Friday I received some happy mail from Markerpop and one of the sets I ordered was Winnie & Walter “Our Town”. I like it, because it can be used for so many occasions. There are so many images included that it will find some use in other cards. Anyway, today was all about Christmas cards and the church was perfect …

1st Try Molotow Masking Pen on Watercolor Paper

Scare Crow in Pumpkin Patch

Hello and welcome back. Today I have another review of a new product (at least for me). Soooo many people are talking about the Molotow masking pen and today I finally used it. I got it at Hobby Lobby with their 40% off coupon (still kind of pricey). I wanted to create a pumpkin patch. Even though Halloween already passed, we still have fall πŸ˜‰ I checked some “How-To’s” and started stamping the pumpkins on Ranger water color paper using Memento black dye-ink. I learned that I had to stamp the top images first, mask them and stamp the next …
