Wanderlust 2017 Week 2 Making Magic Art Journal page

I wanted to share an experiment with you that I started at the beginning of the year. I joined Wanderlust 2017, which is a year long online class that publishes a new tutorial every Friday. It’s all about mixed media, especially art journaling and every teacher talks about different techniques or strategies on how to approach art. I’m not affiliated with them, so I’m really just telling you about it, because I have a blast getting out of my comfort zone with this class. I finished the 2nd week (yes, I’m already a little behind…) and wanted to share my …

Two Mixed Media Angels For My Art Journal

Mixed Media Angel 2

Just a quick update as I’m with my parents this and next week. I’m still int the art journal fever and created two new pages featuring Mixed Media angels πŸ™‚ Mixed Media Angel No. 1 For the first angel, I prepared the page with Gesso and adhered a chevron patterned piece of tissue paper to it.
