This Under The Sea art journal page was a work in progress for quite some time. I had the background done while first testing my new Art-C metallic paints, added the mermaid a few days later and finally found the perfect paper to go with it during National Scrapbook Day last weekend. Fairies Are The Best Companions

Today I wanted to share a quick fairies card with you highlighting the ink resist technique (again). I know, I’m kind of obsessed with it lately, but it’s just so awesome! I started with stamping the Wispy Chrysanthemum Outline from So Suzy Stamps with Versamark ink and heat embossing it with clear embossing powder.
