Merry Christmoose

I’m back on the Kat Scrappiness blog with some more sparkle and a Merry Christmoose card. I had to use the Nuvo Glimmer Paste again, I just can’t help it πŸ™‚ This card is a little more settled than my last one, the goofy looking moose from Whipper Snapper Designs deserved a little sparkle though. And what is Christmas without sparkle?! Exactly! This quick video shows you how easy it is to create a cute card with the Nuvo Glimmer Paste and Embossing Powder. Joining the Coffee Lover Winter Blog Hop

winter coffee lover blog hop

Wow, it’s already Winter. Time for cute Christmas decoration, Peppermint Lattes, delicious chocolate and some snow (well, not for me). And to celebrate the upcoming cozy season I’m joining the Coffee Lover Winter Blog Hop with this fun Christmas card. I started by die-cutting a bunch of pieces from white card stock and the background from this amazing paper pack from Carta Bella. I just love the plaid paper in there! Red and gold always look gorgeous together, so I used the Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Golden Crystal for the snowflake pattern. The Nuvo paste dries rather quickly, maybe 30 …

Video: So Much Sparkle for Santa and his Helper

sparkle for santa

Hello and welcome to a new card for Kat Scrappiness, using a lot of sparkle and a new to me stamp brand, Nordic Stamps. Santa and his reindeer are just so adorable that they needed a lot of sparkly goodness around them. bah humbug

Welcome back to Snarktoberfest. Let’s continue with our snarky celebrations and spread the fun and giggles πŸ™‚ Today’s card is rather simple and could be your perfect Christmas card for this year πŸ˜‰ I started by cutting the background with a stitched border die. Then I stamped the “Bah Humbug” to the left and the MFT reindeer to the right side. I just love the face expression of it! It fits perfect with that sentiment πŸ˜€ Now I colored the reindeer and added some Nuvo Drops in Morning Dew to the nose and the Christmas ornaments. Finally, I adhered it …

Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun – An Interactive Card

Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun

Hello there πŸ™‚ I’m up on the So Suzy Blog with some of the September Release stamps πŸ™‚ They are just so pretty and I love all the options you have with them! For this card I used one of the grass stamps to create a little scene and added the “Creativity is intelligence having fun” sentiment and the balloon girl. And to make it even more fun, I created an interactive card. Well, let’s say you can open something. It’s not one of these fancy slider cards with light πŸ˜‰ I started by die cutting a piece of white …
