St. Patricks Day Center Piece with Deflecto
Are you up for something different? I know, usually I do “mess up” my Deflecto projects quite a bit, but this time I decided to go with a different direction. Sometimes you have to follow your arty heart and see where it takes you and mine lead me to a beautiful St. Patricks Day center piece with the Deflecto Stackable Cube Organizer.
While I was thinking about a project for St. Patricks Day, I thought about all the possibilities that I have. Somewhere between mono printed clovers and little 3D printed gold coins I had the idea for a St. Patricks Day center piece for our kitchen table. Thankfully, I had one of the open Deflecto Stackable Cube Organizer and I got all the St. Patties decoration at Michael’s (gave me a reason to shop 😉 ).
I had the help of my husband for the messy part. He loosely cut all the foam that I needed to keep the flowers in place.
Then I wrapped the Deflecto Stackable Organizer in shiny, green ribbon.
I simply adhered the overlapping part with Scotch packing tape to the bottom and tucked the top part between the cube and the foam.
Then I stuck the big clover between the foam, till it was nice and tight.
Next up I cut down some of the plastic flowers and put them all around the big clover till I wasn’t able to see the foam anymore. I also added a few of the glitter clovers to the flower field.
At the end I sprinkled a few gold coins all around the flowers and put it in the middle of my table. I bought too many of the fake flowers, so I put the rest into a vase.
Here’s a close up of the Deflecto Organizer and the flower field. The only thing missing is the rainbow that leads to my gold 😉
