Happy Halloween everyone! I’m up on the So Suzy blog and wanted to share a simple but spooky Halloween card with you 🙂
I started by cutting a black piece of card stock and preparing it with the anti-static tool. Then I stamped the Contagion stamp using Versamark ink and sprinkled white embossing powder on top. I use the Michael’s brand and love it! Tipp: to remove the white access from the anti-static tool that is especially visible on black paper, use a regular eraser and carefully “erase” the powder.
The card was too black for my liking, so I grabbed my white pigment ink and swiped it over the edges of the black card stock. Normally, I don’t like pigment ink. The drying time is just too much for my patience 😛
I ended up dipping my finger into the ink and smearing it around the borders.
Finally, I adhered it on top of some Lawn Fawn paper and both to the card base.
I hope you enjoyed my quick and spooky Halloween card. I think that this particular stamp from So Suzy is just perfect for cards like that 🙂
