Today I wanted to share my latest canvas with you. Unfortunately I have created it over several days and can’t remember exactly every single step. You can see some layers in the pictures above and I tried to make good and useful close up photos 🙂
I started by adding texture paste through a harlekin stencil and splattered Iridescent Silver Acrylic ink from Liquitex onto the top and let it run down.
Then I blended Dylusions paints in several blue tones on top.
Now I adhered some cloth, the flowers (Prima), the frame (Prima) and the crown (Tim Holtz) to the canvas. After everything was dry, I added the acrylic bubbles into the frame. I sprayed the cloth with two different shades of blue. I painted the frame and the FabScrap chipboard piece that says Heart and Soul with Finnabair art alchemy paint in Opal Magic Blue-Gold.
As a final touch, I added some black outlines with a water color marker around the flowers, some of the squares and the chipboard piece and smeared blue Distress Crayon around the edge of the canvas.
I try my best to list all the supplies used 🙂
