Snarktoberfest So Suzy Stamps

What’s your snarky happy dance? I’m dancing mine right now (no, there is no video of that… 😉 ) because I’m featuring Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps today. My first set of snarky stamps was from So Suzy. So, you could say it’s all her fault… For today’s feature I was playing with some watercolor inks and powders. But before I dive into my project, let’s check on the winner from the last feature. The winner for the Ranger Ink feature (one Dylusions stamp set each) are: Delphine Montano & Pamela R Levingston Woohoo – Congratulations 🙂 I sent you …

Never Stop Dreaming with Nathalie Kalbach

Nathalie Kalbach N*Studio Never Stop Dreaming

For me, creating is all about expressing myself and experiencing with new mediums, styles, etc. I love to sit down and come up with several ideas of how to use a specific stamp or stencil – sometimes I see a finished project, sometimes I just see the beginning – and then just start creating. For this page, I decided to use Nathalie’s Hamburg and Lily Wallpaper stencil as well as the new Actually, I can stamp set. I knew that my image would end up being rather long, so I grabbed my large Dina Wakley journal and primed one of …

Sweet cocoa with Emerald Creek aroma embossing powder

Emerald Creek Sweet Coffee

Hi everyone and welcome to a new project for Emerald Creek. This time I decided to create something using the Aroma embossing powder. They are called Aroma because they smell like whatever the name is, for example the Chocolate Dream that I’m using smells like Swiss hot chocolate, yummy. So, I had to pair it with the new Unwind stamp set from Pam Bray to create a sweet cocoa card. During the video I’m showing you how to create a fall colored background using water color powders and how to color an image using embossing powder. Both super fun and …

Raiders of the lost stash with Nathalie Kalbach

Wow, what a topic. I knew that I have a lot of “lost stash” but because we are renovating our house, there is even more that has come back to the surface. So, over the last weeks, I put aside a some of those lost items, thinking that they would be perfect for this theme – and I’m telling you, that stash was a hot podge of stuff 😉 I really like this topic though. It gets you digging and you find some really neat things. For my project for the “Raiders of the lost stash” theme, I decorated a …

Simon Says Stamps Stamptember

Hi and welcome to Stamptember – woohoo! This is the first time I’m celebrating with Simon Says and I’m super excited to share two cards with you that I made with one of their new background stamps. For those of you who are coming from the big party over on the Simon Says blog – welcome 🙂 – my name is Josefine and I’m a mixed media artist who loves the messy way of crafting. Although these cards look a little more clean and simple compared to what I usually do, I had inky fingers afterwards – and that’s all …

Eileen Hull Handmade Journal with Seth Apter stencils

Hello everyone, I’m super excited to share this post with you!
